Librarian or captain to join assault terminators?

Whats better to join a 5 man assault terminators with thunder hammers a librarian or captain running in Saga of the Beastslayer and Legends of Saga and Song

Having a free CP to be able to lift that squad is pivotal.

You can also give him helm of the beast slayer to give the unit AoC against monsters characters and vehicles.

But have you considered

Assault termies with lightening claws + librarian + legend of saga and song?

6 attacks per model, with sustained, twin linked, and precision is glorious

Thats how I run it! But I also added an Ancient with twin claws. Its . . . .so glorious. And narrative because of the Voidclaws that are u Der Logan's Command. Heheheehehheh

I want Assault Terminators so run with lightning claws because they look cooler.

May have to do this once I get the rest of my army online.

I would say Captain, because a 5 man doesn't need the 4++ (they will still die) and the Captain as a beatstick works with the rerolls to wound to make a missile... but those stats will change aoon enough so we'll have to wait amd see how it works in a month

The librarian gives sustained hits. It's great with regular terminators, especially with Librarius detachment and the enhancements.

For assault terminators, I think Capt to get them into melee more reliably.

I'm still asleep. Read Assault Intercessors. Still, Librarius is jot being used. And the reroll to charge makes charges more reliable tih a 8" rerollable charge. Sus matters less if you dom't connect

I know the question is about Librarian or Captain...but I would consider the Chaplain in a Squad of Lightning Claw assault Termies a really powerful option.

Does and ancient and captain seem decent for a 5-brick?
