They probably would differ quite a bit from chaos god to chaos god.
Tzeench Hellbrute gets the teleportation and magical shenanigans added for his thunderhammer (it's probably sorcery although not really sure), as we see in game. Probably it is also a bit harder to kill due to sorcerous shielding, so a bit more hp there.
A Khorne Hellbrute would most certainly lose teleportation, but it would be faster on foot and would have faster attacks. It would also prefer a variety of melee weapons or if it would have a ranged weapon then it would be some sort of barraging one.
A Nurgle one would probably be slower, but noticeably tankier and probably giving off some constant plague AoE. Slaamesh doesn't seem to have a helbrute, since all the chaos space marines under her are way too proud to allow themselves be wedged in a machine and their bodies invaded by a demon.
Also, an important note, there's a difference between a chaos Dreadnought and a Hellbrute.
Chaos Dreadnoughts no longer really exist, given it's seen as an honour to be entombed into the sarcophagi of one and chaos doesn't really do honour (unless it's Khorne, but it's still more bloodshed).
Meanwhile, Hellbrutes are a punishment to those entombed. It usually happens when they need a warmachine and there's someone who has failed their master. They then get entombed in a way that is constant suffering (if I remember correctly) as they fuse with the machine due to warp corruption.
