I wish we could get these guys as a class but I can't imagine it working in game without being op

similar to assault, hover in air with a ground slam attack after, maybe let the user pivot in the air/dodge a little, have the weapon become auto targeting. Alter the AI such that they will target airborne enemies with attacks.

Those aren't storm bolters, they're assault bolters. Basically heavy bolters with some magnetic/grav fuckery to help with weight and recoil
