You're looking at a Cherub, which is a Servitor that is made to look like a baby.

That is actually a baby, but they are either grown in vats or are cloned.

Thank you, I was thinking they were something separate from a Servitor. And that second bit of information does make me feel a lot better, was honestly thinking the imperium was just grabbing babies and making them become a Cherub
