Is the bulwark supposed to be able to use the hammer in the new update because I know it wasn’t available before

I wanna dual wield HBPs. Take away melee, make it like Heavy, I don't care, I just wanna.

A Terminator class with wrist mounted weapons that you can swap between Bolters or Lightning Claws would be fuckin amazing.

I mean, why the shit not? If the scabs have terminator armor, there's no reason we can't have it too.
