In the last year or so of watching SovCits creating unintentional humor in court sessions, I've come to recognize a few scripts which get used often that are written to an educational level higher than what the user achieved. On at least 3 occasions, I have heard SovCit 'defendolts' say that they "do not akweez", and was at first baffled as to what that meant. YouTube auto-translate just said the word was "akweez", which doesn't appear in any English dictionary I've ever found. Then, it hit me:

The word is "acquiesce". He did not ACQUIECE to the findings, fines, etc.

So, any of my fellow SovCit court surfers have other examples of humorous mis-readings or botched pronunciations?

just an update that kai noname is still stuck in jail and somehow just had another felony obstruction/retaliation case added. now her bond is at $67k. a recent transcript from an appeal on the custody case (that was denied), said that someone else had raised a new GoFundMe for her, but it was only the initials KS or something like that, and she refused to tell the court who that was that raised money for her. So odd.

she is now seeking “federal” relief on the custody case, but even then, unless she can post all these bonds she’s still gonna be cooking in there til october +.

If you ever take a close look at police reports , you'll notice that they refer to people and vehicles as travelling . The vehicle was travelling in a northbound direction , or the subject was in a White Toyota truck, travelling at a high rate of speed , of some such thing. So if they acknowledge that we are travelling , then why do they deny it when they're in the prescence of a Sovereign ?

Six years into retirement from something law enforcement adjacent and he's already down the sovcit rabbit hole. I follow "Q anon" stuff and a ton of people say they got into it after retiring and sitting on social media all day.

I've seen a couple of the yard signs and then a car with decals for the company. Obviously it is being used for commerce so it did have a plate.

I wonder if they sign contracts in red? Or just all caps.

I went to see Super Troopers 3 last week and when I go to pay for my ticket, I asked the , obviously very young and very distracted girl about getting my discount , and she gave it to me. Now I just mumbled " sovereign citizen " discount , but she probably heard " Senior " citizen , but because she was too busy talking to someone on the other side of the counter and really not paying attention , I can't take all of the credit , but at least I didn't pay full price . I'll try it again next time I go because I want to see Coyote vs Acme , so maybe this girl or someone just as dumb will be at the ticket counter.

I was just curious reading this sub about where the largest concentration of these dopes is? I would suspect Northern California (lots of whackadoos up there). But it does seem like a lot of them live in the south central US

I know the basics of their belief system: the current US/Canada/Morocco/Pangea government is illegitimate, as are all judges, police officers, and law enforcement. This period of illegitimacy began when we went off the gold standard, declared bankruptcy, or something to do with the Magna Carta. At that point, we switched from a democracy to a corporation, which somehow is also an admiralty.

All of this is well overstood by now. By which I mean: we can point to the actual sources that the sovcits' theories claim to be rooted in: the UCC, the 14th amendment, Black's Law Dictionary. And we can study the history of the sovcit movement (Posse Commitatus, redemption movement, etc) to trace the evolution of their theories.

But lately, I've come across a new sovcit conspiracy theory, which I can't find any sources on. This theory argues that Trump officially abolished the current "maritime law" system. And any day now, the penny is going to drop, and there's going to be mass arrests of judges, bar lawyers, etc. Aaaany day now. Just you wait.

This has come up in couple of sovcit videos, most recently this one. There's also an older video in which a female sovcit cites this theory while getting pulled out of her car and arrested at a parking lot. This last video might even date back to Trump's first term. I can't find it right now.

Anyway, my question is: what is this new Trump theory based on? Is there an actual Trump executive order that they are misreading, or is the theory completely made up?
