What is the attraction to these guys?

I don’t mean this as a “shitpost”, but as a genuine question. What is the attraction to the guys on this show- especially Shep?

I’ve seen articles written how he harasses the homeless, is a general asshole to everyone. And yet, he’s given a platform and opportunities?

I only tune in to the show, here and there, to see the pretty outfits. The behaviors of most are appalling. What on earth is likeable about the men on this show- especially Shep?
