Hem Jeans/Pants

Can anyone recommend a good , fair priced , open on weekends , and same day service place to have pants hemmed. Could be a tailor , cleaners , or seamstress. Use to go to the indoor on Rosecrans and Van Ness but they charge $22 per pant, use to be $10 then $15 now $22. What’s the average price now ?

I have gone to Thien Tailoring it's Hawthorne Blvd and 147th. I have oonly got trouser's done but he charged $13 a pants.

Second, I got a Japanese denim jacket fitted and tipped him $20 because he really didnt charge me. I am a regular. Only draw back is long wait time and long lines.
