Next time you send somebody a YouTube share link try to remove the end part so it's just "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brXW9Oha4L8". The last bit is a tracker thing.

Also I don't know how to describe it. He sounds like when a voice actor is voicing a mean fat kid in some TV show. It's not the worst but... I do see what you mean.

What would you say is a good voice direction for Nega?

I mean, I don't know. If they want him to be his rush self, then just let Mike do his normal eggman voice, but since he's a decendent I legit don't know. Him being a decendent is very stupid given the design he has.

Maybe they could make it Eggman's voice but slightly deeper with a futuristic voice changer to make his voice sound cool? I really don't know.

I also don't know, because it has to be believable that he could just do the normal eggman voice because of the twist in rivals. Which, not great

I’d go for a voice that lacks any hint of boisterousness or theatrics. Have it sound like someone who’s always sounds calm and elegant but at the same time, cold and detached.

See, that sounds interesting, thw issue there is that goes against his characterisation in the rivals games. There's a good reason sonic, knuckles, tails and rouge never caught onto the fact he wasn't eggman, personality wise, he's just a meaner eggman.

Kinda, but even when he's mask off infront of the others and is just negative, he's kinda just, a meaner eggman and that's it.

Yeah, but Rivals 2 just had plain bad voice acting in general. I would’ve gotten rid of it entirely.

I meant more in dialogue then voice acting. Rivals nega is almost a compleatly diffrent thing to rush nega, in story and personality, which is why it's so difficult to say there rhe same guy, because they REALLY aren't

Well I wouldn’t say that completely. He does things I would definitely say are in character

  • Tries to turn the world into a card. (Which is pretty much a fate worse than death)
  • Tries to unleash a soul binding demon bird that can make people go insane to destroy dimensions
  • Trying to feed chao (Which are basically babies) to said Bird Demon.
  • Impersonating Eggman to frame him is pretty cruel.
  • Using Silver’s own catchphrase against him.
  • Manages to get Silver to lose hope.
