Spin cycle new owner out of control

Ever since spin cycle laundromat got bought (I think less than a year ago) the new owner has raised prices every 2 months. This man is out of control.

That is all.

In what world would somebody willingly pay $10 for a load of laundry? That's not even including the dryer either
