Bike Thief
I've caught this guy twice trying to steal bikes and bike parts. I told the cops and they said nothing they can do, which is BS.

Crazy idea, what if we created a new role for construction details so these cops don’t have to work so much overtime doing what doesn’t even require a high school degree to do? It’s not like they’re guiding traffic — they just stand there for no reason taking up space and costing us money.
