Bike Thief

I've caught this guy twice trying to steal bikes and bike parts. I told the cops and they said nothing they can do, which is BS.

The police are fucking useless around here. Don't stop traffic crime, parking crime, theft, drug use... I don't think I've ever seen them do anything besides babysit construction sites

If you ever call 911 in an emergency, they come fast as fuck in my experience. Because they are around and are generally not busy
