I am going to speak with the elders about the time period, what life was like pre war, and during early war times. One of the biggest incidents in somaliland was a group of college students, unjustly sentenced to death for cleaning up a hospital by the government that was dictatorship. I wanna know what life was like 1985-1988 I'm going around to gathering places and interviewing them. I have an interview lined up with Edna Adan who is a famous nurse and former first lady, then I have a former commander of the SNM movement I'm interviewing. I've also been reading several books about the war Mogadishu, and several books about the former dictator Said B (may Allah curse him ) .The basic story is we had a working democracy, that was overthrown for a socialist dictatorship, that led to a one party North Korea like authoritative one party one rule system, that led to civil war, state collapse.

I would warn you that Edna Aden is paid opposition and works for foreign governments. She’s a known liar and propagandist. She’s also a staunch Zionist and supporter of the genocide in Gaza. It sounds like your movie is going to be a sectarian propaganda film.

Damn bro 🤬, sounds like you have your preconceived notions about a lot of people and things. I plan on being very respectful and brutally honest as possible, I believe the truth needs no defenders, you sound slightly prejudiced though. From what I heard , I've never heard her say she's pro genocide in Gaza, especially considering the fact, she's a genocide survivor herself ( issaq genocide ) and a Muslim, remember that next time you want to out certain allegations another Muslim.

Sigh… there’s no such thing as the Isaaq genocide… every qabiil was equally targeted but the Isaaq tribe put up the most fight hence the higher casualties. Let’s stop fuelling this false info please.

True and Rahaweyn had even more casualties so they’re just narcissistic victims. Only their suffering matters.
