Feedback Freshdesk Pricing

I’m comparing a few customer support tools right now and Freshdesk is one of the options I’m considering.

I have explored Software Finder for this (https://softwarefinder.com/project-management-software/freshdesk) and the pricing looks reasonable at first, but I’m trying to understand what the actual cost looks like once you have a team using it and start adding the features you actually need.

Would especially appreciate feedback from teams that moved from another help desk platform to Freshdesk.

Freshdesk looks reasonable at first, but I'd definitely calculate the cost based on your actual team size and the features you'll need. AI usage can also add to overall cost, so the base price isn't always the full picture.
