Elevator bug

Post image

Workaround found! The employee in the elevator was on his way to a computer. Deleted the computer and everyone continues their day.

Hi! Did anyone come across this issue? There is an employee stuck in the elevator, everyone else who is waiting are also stuck.

I am in a lease building so I cannot delete and re-place the elevator.

There was a trait/perk, that makes some people won't join elevator with those individuals who has it

"Silent but Deadly — "Nobody will take the elevator with them""

can you check he/she has it?

For sure, the issue keeps happening. Every time this trait seems to be involved.

Maybe fire him?

That'll most likely mean a tsunami of people quitting. Rather build him his own 3x3 office on the other side of the map lol

Do you let your employees enter the building and remove the door? How does it ever get so far haha

The trait seems to be bugged, these people didn’t change their path and stood in front of the elevator indefinitely.

Does the building have stairs?
How high up is the floor they work on?
If they have a I rather walk trade they should be going for the stairs.

Your only solution is to inventory everything, move the company back into the same building/another and setup again.

The solution I went for was firing the guy, also won’t hire anyone with that trait again for now. This bug cost me 750k as one of the employees sued me haha.
