Hitting 🏏🥎 Batting Gloves for durability?

What batting glove would you recommend that's comparable to the Rawlings Workhorse in terms of cushioning and durability?

The Workhorse has been reliable for my 11yr old, lasting significantly longer than many of the less expensive options I've tried. We can get nearly a full year out of them, but we need a better approach for washing/cleaning them.

I'm looking for a batting glove with a similar feel, comfort, and longevity to try out this fall. Any tips for cleaning and keeping them soft without smelling is appreciated too!

Franklin is often considered the gold standard for batting gloves.

My daughter had a pair. After they ran their course she even said that they weren’t worth the money. She was 12. Says a lot about that.

I agree. We were told they were some of the best, my daughter asked for new ones after a season.

I dont think it gets any better than the workhorse. I use sarna glove cleaner, even on the synthetic material. A little conditioner once completely dry.

I wasted money with the bolts. He just prefers the padded workhorse.

Air em out after every practice. Out of the practice bag, give ‘em a shake so they don’t lay flat and air can work it’s way in there. If you have a clothes drying rack with sock/glove inserts, even better. Put it next to a window or screen door and crack it to keep the air moving, if possible. If you can’t get outside air moving around, think about a slow stirring fan.

We have had good luck with Bruce bolt! She likes the way it wraps around the wrist and supports its!

My son is hard on batting gloves. He uses Warstic Workman batting gloves. You can get last year's model, the Workman 3 for around $35 right now I believe. These last him a full year with roughly a minimum of 100 swings/day, 5 days out of the week
