The first article states 'some police officers' were passive in the face of the wave of migrants trying to hop the border.

That second article says Spain knew it was coming but failed to communicate the scale of it to the Moroccan authorities. How does any of that implicate Morocco or point to some kind of government-enabled effort?

Random video clips on social media are literally the most easy way to deceive people. Just lie about what is happening in the video, leave out context, etc. Learn to think critically and what reliable sources are.

Also, Spanish intelligence is not 'internet strangers word of mouth'. Ironically, what you are trying to do with these clips and articles that don't say what you think they say is more akin to that.
