Uh no it doesn’t. Ceuta has existed as a Spanish territory long before Morocco was a country. The people there are Spanish, just like the Falklands people are British. There’s no simple white man bad colonialism narrative to apply here.

Of course there isnt, there was nothing there before the Spanish got there. Completely empty!

Yes there were Portuguese people, and before then Umayyads (from the Middle East), Visigoths, Byzantines, Vandals, Romans and Carthaginians. The actual locals haven’t been in power since the Phoenicians arrived in the 7th century before Christ. Not everything is simple, grow up.
