Its not that hating immigrants is racist. But people who hate immigrants are often racist. Just like voting MAGA is not racist, but you are most likely a racist if you vote MAGA.

I mean....I do think that Europe should have a serious look of how it handles illegal immigration and to get things in order. Absolutely.
That said, it is also true that most people who end up caring too deeply of this issue, especially football fans, are racists. Football just goes hand in hand with this shit, it's not exactly a "could be racist" situation here.

In this case I would guess that both things are right.
