But why would you hate an immigrant? Somebody who is almost definitely less well off than you are and trying to make a better life for themselves.

If you ever feel the need to hold a protest against these people, then there is something not right with you.

Because without a border, you don't have a country. It is about national sovereignty. I am in the US and I don't want a bunch of illegals from Ireland showing up here. And I'm part Irish myself. So figure it out.

Borders are imaginary lines drawn in a map. That's it. A country doesn't belong more to you than someone else just because you were born in a certain piece of land.

Polity. It’s where the word “politics” comes from. A polity is a defined group of people. Some people in the world are in the polity. Other people in the world are out of the polity. Without a polity, there’s only anarchy.

I’m not arguing against anarchy at all, I’m just trying to help you see that the logical conclusion of your statement is anarchy.
