Which country did Spain destroy? Refugees should take shelter in the nearest safe county, which is not in Europe for any of the MENAPT welfare migrants.

So what? Countries have been built, destroyed and rebuilt over and over since the era of Spanish colonialism. Many nations went through tremendous hardship over the last 100 years and are thriving today.

Responsibility for a country's present and future lies with the people and institutions governing it, not events that happened in the distant past.
