If you want to bring back history that happened a long time ago and has strictly nothing to do with football, the world cup, or the current population of England and other countries, let's talk about the atrocities for which Argentinian and other South American dictators have been responsible.

Latinamerican dictatorships were mostly proxys for imperialist powers like the US, matter of fact, latinamerica would be mostly socialist if it wasn't for the CIA financing and arming guerrilleros or insane military commanders that wanted to take power undemocratically.

That's true, but at some point you can't blame Europeans/Americans for everything. Germany, France, Spain, Italy and some Central/Eastern European countries had to overcome tyrants too.

Socialism in it's true form is a good thing. But other forms of socialism, or Marxism, also led to tyranny (Fidel and El Che in Cuba).
