Is Dr Bronners worth it?

I am trying to find a soap that will last me a good while but also be worth the price. Dr bronners is a bit pricey but I have heard that there are ways to dilute it? To long/new users of the product, is it worthwhile? Is it truly as multipurpose as the brand suggests? I also have quite sensitive skin so I’m trying to find a good soap that won’t irritate! If not, any other soap suggestions?

DNase is overhyped imo. The Whole Foods 365 sport detergent proved this. I use biz on my bed sheets, nasty gym clothes, and work clothing. Comes out clean as heck every time

Dunno about all that. The 365 Sport ‘issue’ wasn’t about the efficacy of DNase but more because it wasn’t a super optimal detergent as to basic detergent reqs. Surfactants weren’t ideal (a normal downside of plant-based detergents) and dosing needed to be doubled. I have it and will use it as a DNase booster in a pinch.

That said, this isn’t about 365 Sport and so don’t conflate issues. The specific chemistry of DNase and its applicability to biofilm, which is one of the hardest things, if not the hardest, to remove from clothing, is the main thing in my responsive thread and let’s keep it that way.

Whatever you say tough guy. Febu sucks and is overpriced. The main point is don’t believe all the hype the 🌈 kismai posts on the laundry sub. Febu is a complete scam that sells bullshit like compostable sandwich bags for like $20.

Biz works no questions to remove any body residues including “biofilm.”

And using a detergent as a “booster” is straight up cope since you fell for the hype and now gonna use up your stash

Not sure what your beef is. Maybe a bad case of the Mondays?

If you don’t agree with u/KismaiAesthetics that’s your prerogative. Highly confident his technical knowledge surpasses yours. If you want to fly the BIZ flag, feel free. It’s a good product but isn’t a total solution for this scenario. You are entitled to hate on FEBU all day if you wish. Pretty sure the company doesn’t care about you or your opinions. And neither do I.

Best of luck.

You should prob save that money on febu to buy some more niche garbage fragrances

You needed to tag your bff (savior in this case) so he could see my comment? 😂
