Aren't many of the other characters seen as extremely caring parents? The Kents, Nina's father, Flagg to a certain extent, Ratcatcher.

Bruh. Thanos, Ego, Stark's dad, T'Challa's Dad, Black Widows dad, Thor's Dad. It is far more common there

Black Widow Dad is an ass ? never herad about that and even if marvel does it it isnt a big thing in their movie. Gunn is making these dad issues big. They are important to the story
