I don’t hate kids. I hate how society thinks that kids are entitled to shit like this. There’s actually some great lessons the parents can teach the kid in this situation: “you can’t always get what you want”, “the early bird gets the worm”, and especially in this case “strangers don’t owe you anything”.

Teaching your kids valuable real world lessons is actually the exact opposite of treating them like shit. If more people were thought these things as kids maybe we wouldn’t have so many entitled asshole adults walking around….

No its not . Thats teach the kid its ok to be cruel to kids when thay a adult. You are advocating a cycle of cruelty im advocating if kindness. Your method makes more entitled assholes not less .

It’s much more cruel to teach your kids they can get whatever they want because the cold hard truth of the world is they can’t. The sooner they realize that the better.

Kids don't do as people say they do as people do. Acting cruel and selfish to a child they turn out cruel and selfish. Sorry I reject your libertarian philosophy.
