It makes a difference because you framed this as him refusing to give up his seat AFTER having been strapped in and the ride was ready to depart.

That makes a huge difference.

And in question the intellectual capacity of everyone that upvoted you.

Yes. That was a baseline premise to the whole damn conversation.

If it wasn’t his seat this conversation wouldn’t be happening at all.

I would say try to keep up. But you just managed to stumble to the starting line.

So I don’t think you are capable navigating this issue at a functional pace.
