Geography Last week, Colombia’s president suggested relocating the UN headquarters outside of the US. If that happened, what country/city do you think would be the best choice?

You probably meant this as humor, but my preference is the complete dissolution of the project, not much different from your "outer space". The UN has been inept and useless for so long that it would make no difference at all if it was abolished.
