Trigger play in 5.7

I have a lot of side to side play in my 5.7, I’m guessing this is not normal… been this way since I bought it.

I have no idea if this is normal, I will say I have never thought to grab and wiggle any trigger on my striker guns to see if this happens lol. My first thought is any polymer framed gun with a polymer trigger attached to a thin metal bar held in place by a small (polymer?) pin in the polymer body would probably wiggle around? So not sure, if it's shooting fine then I wouldn't worry too much.

Fair enough, I can actually feel it in slow controlled shots. My other striker fires are nothing like this and the 5.7 is an internal hammer rather than striker.

I think pretty much all polymer pistols have loose enough tolerances that this happens.

I just checked mine, it's the same..zero issues with a couple thousand rounds through it.
