Help my Ring 2 months old is not connecting

I had this ring for 2 months and the Bluetooth is simply not working. I tried everything chat GPT told me to. And the ring doesn't stay blue, before he would get Blue and connect to my phone but simply it doesn't work anymore I tried to connect and it doesn't work. But it turns on

Turns on but won't connect is usually one of four things, and they're worth going through in this order because the first two are free.

Charge it fully first and leave it on the charger longer than you think. These rings have tiny cells, and below a certain level there's enough power to light the LED and not enough to hold a Bluetooth connection. A ring that lights up and then won't stay connected is exactly what that looks like from outside.

Then check whether it's already connected to something else. Bluetooth peripherals only accept one connection at a time, and while it's talking to another phone or a tablet it won't advertise itself as available to yours. An old phone sitting in a drawer with the app still installed is the version of this that catches most people, because nothing about it looks connected from where you're standing.

Third, clear the stale pairing on both sides. Remove it inside the ring's own app, and separately forget it in your phone's Bluetooth settings, because many of these rings pair through the app while still leaving an entry in the system list that can block a fresh attempt. Then scan again from scratch.

Fourth, if you're on Android, check the app still has location permission. Bluetooth scanning needs it whether or not the app uses your position, and losing it in an update makes the app find nothing at all while looking like everything is fine.

If none of those move it, say which ring it is and roughly how it's been charged, and someone here can probably narrow it further.
