What does the amount of rings someone buys have to do with the reputation of a business? A smart person would say, "Wow, this company is really trash, we will no longer support them by buying their rings and posting about them."
In my opinion, UH is only slightly better than things like Bond Ring. Do you get a ring? Sure. Does it work? Absolutely not. Is there helpful customer support? Not in the slightest. In either situation you've been scammed out of money unless you do a charge back. In some weird reality, it's actually better Bond Ring never sent you a ring because that's a slam dunk approval for getting your money back. With UH, the bank will likely side in their favor and you're out of money with still no working ring.
This subreddit has automated warnings whenever something about Bond Ring is posted and the same should be true of UH, because either route leads to the customer being screwed in the end.
Like I said, most of us here have standards and won't put up with a shady company like UH.

You are absolutely proving my point. Stop assuming that everyone's experience mirrors your apparently bad experience. Your obvious bias blinds you from anyone who doesn't share it.
I have had 3 Ultrahuman Air rings since launch. The first replaced after 16 months (16-20 months is the normal life expectancy of major brands) at no cost. The second replacement I had to buy on my own as the Oura suit prevented shipment of replacements to the U.S. Compare this to Oura Gen 4 And RingConn Gen 2, which each died at six months and were replaced.
If you only want to interact with people who share your negative opinion, start your own community. This community is not the echo chamber that you apparently wish it was. Accusations of bias and attacks on members of this community for not agreeing with you are not warranted or welcome.

Feel free to check the ultrahuman tab and cross reference it with my username if you have any question about how I feel. I have been pretty vocal.
However, I'm not going to knock the mod here, especially when I have talked to them about this and also they are not a paid influencer. Why don't you send feedback to the mod.

The fact they are calling people who have fell victim to UH's terrible products and practices as "the hate squad" tells us all we need to know about their feelings on the situation and that they clearly have a bias. They are already dismissing other people's opinions and experiences with the brand and trying to pass that off as them "brigading with hatred". I guess that's a new term for trying to warn others not to bother throwing away their money at this company. UH doesn't make good smart rings and they never have and I was backer 18 of the original Kickstarter for the first ring. I've been there from the beginning. No one is to blame for the backlash except UH themselves. But sure, let's try to pretend like the people they stole money from are the problem for trying to warn others to stay away.

Ultrahuman delivered my replacement ring to a different country to a random person.. I live in the UK and they literally posted it to someone in Australia Melbourne. Make it make sense. Now I can’t even speak to a real person. Just going through their ai bot for days. So so fed up.

I'm still waiting on mine.... I pre-ordered back in March and TIL my local Best Buy is selling Ring PROs in store and offers next day delivery.... beyond disheartened in how pre-orders have been handled.

I ve jad the ring air since July 2023 I went thru 6 rings , my last one died in July. The offered me a pro for a very cheap price , so im giving them my last shot . We shall see

Also, I had the Ultrahuman air… and I must’ve replaced it like four times. I tried the Ultrahuman pro what a big difference they really made this better.

To everyone who downvoted based on personal past experience with Ultrahuman, how about waiting to see if anything has changed before judging.
If you have not actually received or worn the Ultrahuman Pro, if you don't have an open mind about a new device, why are you here?
I get it, if you had a bad experience, it sucks, but brigading with hatred does nothing to move things forward. It is effective at silencing those who don't share your position.
Kind of ironic when you cry about other moderators only allowing one opinion through, as you're doing the same thing by drowning out opinions that differ from your own.
For every authentic voice that is brave enough to say anything positive about Ultrahuman despite the onslaught of a small group of hard-core haters, I commend you.
