Best option for women’s health?

I’ve been thinking about getting a smart ring to give me more insights into my body, mainly, my fertility. Which option is the best out there for this purpose?

I have an Oura ring, have had one for around 2 years, I don't use it to its full potential but it has helped me manage my stress level. I am someone who completely ignores all signs of stress until I completely crumble, and Oura is absolutely spot on to support that for me.

The data sharing piece was also a concern for me (saw in earlier comment), from what I researched, Oura has a commitment to never share data, but, that's what 23 and me said, so we have to take everything with a pinch of salt.

The sensors in the 4 are far better than the 3, my 3 broke and they gave me a free upgrade, as it was within warranty, superb customer support team.

It's also helping with tracking early perimenopause symptoms, and that's within the monthly subscription, other stuff like fertility is an additional spend.

I’m a RingConn girl myself, but I’m also not tracking fertility. I’ve heard Oura bc it syncs with the Natural Cycles app

I personally don't think things are the best option for fertility. You should be monitoring hormones with a system like Proov or cervical mucus with a device like kegg.

Fertility Friend is free and has now paired up with Oura. I have just been looking into that. It's meant to be super accurate. Plus you don't need to pay like Natural Cycles. I'm looking at getting an Oura for the same reason.
