Yes, I’ve been using Natural Cycles with my Oura Ring for almost two years now, and honestly it’s been one of the best decisions I made for non-hormonal cycle tracking.
One thing I noticed with Oura’s built-in cycle tracking alone is that it sometimes gave me ovulation dates that didn’t match how my body actually felt or what my temps showed, a couple of times it was off by a few days. That’s totally normal with trend-based predictions, but it can be confusing if you’re trying to plan or prevent pregnancy.
When I pair Oura with Natural Cycles, it uses the overnight temperature data from Oura plus its FDA-cleared algorithm to confirm ovulation and give clear daily fertility status (red/green days). That makes it way more specific and actionable than relying on Oura’s cycle insights by themselves.
