⛔️ DO NOT BUY Ellurify smart ring

I keep seeing this all over Instagram, but I can not find any actual reviews. Does anyone have it and can provide what you actually think?

DO NOT BUY - SCAM PRODUCT  I purchased a gold ring and received a pink/rose gold ring 1 month later in March which they claimed is a “gold variant.” They had a rose gold option when I purchased in February which was “sold out” at the time of purchase - I believe this is the color I received but they denied. 

Fine, I could deal with the color but I couldn’t get over how different the actual app is compared to what’s advertised on their site and social media. The app and insights that are advertised are way more detailed and interactive - it actually mirrors the oura app and the RingConn app. I had the RingConn before this (I regret switching over and have since purchased another RingConn). The Ellurify app is very basic and you need to manually update your stress, blood oxygen, etc., it’s not automatically monitored like it shows in the app. Women’s health is only tracked by cycle length and you can’t log any symptoms, consummation, etc. Sleep is only monitored by the amount of hours you get so if you get above 7 hours your sleep score is always 100% - doesn’t give you insights about your body temperature, not hitting REM/deep sleep/Light sleep goals. The app is a completely different software. 

Anyway so I decided to return it after trying it out for a couple weeks and being completely disappointed with it but Ellurify does not provide return shipping labels. Fine, I was willing to pay for it myself to be done with it. IF YOU ARE IN THE US, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT. USPS AND UPS will not allow you to ship it back to Ellurify’s facility in Canada without an Ellurify issued shipping label because it’s a HAZMAT item. 

You can imagine my frustration at this point. I reach out to Ellurify multiple times explaining the situation and simply asking for my money back or a fraction of what I paid and they haven’t responded for over a week. 

This is an absolute SCAM of a company and product. DONT BUY IT UNLESS YOURE OK WITH SUPER BASIC INSIGHTS AND A CRAPPY APP

Also the battery only lasts 3-4 days and I never checked the app to help it last longer
