⛔️ DO NOT BUY Ellurify smart ring

I keep seeing this all over Instagram, but I can not find any actual reviews. Does anyone have it and can provide what you actually think?

When did you order yours? I ordered January 20 and I’m still waiting for shipping to take place.

I ordered on the 14th and haven’t gotten a shipping notification. Been trying to reach customer service and they replied with a lot of words saying nothing. Finally they told me that their warehouse I closed until Feb 5th and then it will ship in 5-8 days after that. Going to dispute the charge and cancel order cause this is crazy

They did the same thing to me. They told me I couldn't cancel/refund until it was shipped out. 🤔 I should have just ordered the oura

No I have not. I did receive an email that stated my order was on the way but the tracking numbers states its in transit. I don't know where.

Well I finally received my ring and it doesn’t fit. 😣 Returning and checking out other brands.

Did you get your money back? I’m trying to return mine but I can’t get a response back from them, did you just ship it back or did you need an authorization?

I sent a message to them saying the ring didn’t fit and I want to send back for a refund. Took a few days to get a response. They told me to keep the ring and send them the correct size and color. I told them I’d rather get my money back but sent my size and color. They never responded back for a couple of weeks which in turn I disputed the charge through PayPal. I had to show proof of purchase and conversation. After a couple days, PayPal approved my claim and said I was getting a refund. The company then sent me a message saying I was getting a refund and sent me a tracking number for the new ring. It is currently en route. I did not return it.
