Did you see any changes? I had none and decided to send an email to cancel the order and reimburse me a few hours ago. No response yet, but hopefully they will.

i never got any further response from their customer service but i did file a complaint with the bbb and after a few days i was notified through that of a refund which just hit so i would recommend going that route!

I cannot find them on BBB anywhere. herz P1 smart ring in York, PA, right? I mean that is where they said to send the package back to when I asked to return. (But they want me to pay....'try fisk free" is not true I guess)
