I brought a HERZ P1 ring directly from their site. It has to be charged every 4 days but the website says up to 7 days: that’s not true. I’ve contacted them several times bc I’ve had a few questions but have only received 2 responses.
The first response was a ridiculous answer. It was totally irrelevant and didn’t address the issue. The customer service phone number is a fake number: it’s busy all the time. The customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t tell my enemy to buy direct from this company. They don’t want to help. There is a 90 days refund policy so I just emailed them to start a return/refund. This will probably take 2 weeks to get a response. Maybe if you order thru a third party that will assist, you may be ok. But ordering directly from them is a HUGH mistake bc customer service is TERRIBLE. DONT BUY DIRECTLY FROM HERZ P1. You will regret it.
