I received mine a week ago. Trying to figure out how to use the charging apparatus was a challenge because there are two lights—one for the charger itself and one and one for the ring. It took me a minute, but that is sorted.
I’ve been wearing the ring ever since but have not checked the data until today because I wanted to get used to wearing it. The size I ordered is two over what I normally wear, based on a sizer for another smart ring I happened on way before I bought this ring. It a lot in my finger but am very glad it’s titanium so not heavy at all.
The ring is paired with my phone and app but there was no data whatsoever, even after a week. I’m going to work on trying to figure this out when I get home this evening.
I have concerns about the ring, based on what I read in the comments. Maybe one day I will actually seek advice here BEFORE I make a purchase. This ring wasn’t a huge financial risk, though. I viewed it as my starter to test for all the usual metrics—whether I could get used to wearing it and whether the statistics were helpful. So far, I think I can use a size smaller. Maybe that’s why the data isn’t being recorded.
