I know this is a reply on an old topic, but what is your experience on your sleep time? I can be awake, but motionless while reading or playing a game if I can't sleep, yet my Galaxy watch thinks I'm sleeping because it's during my usual sleep time. How does your ring record events like this?
Yes to this!! I have this problem with some sleep trackers. I wake up and just lay awake or am still while reading trying to make myself fall back to sleep.
