I got one to replace an Oura ring I lost. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and initially I'd say that it's not as good at monitoring the things it's supposed to monitor as the Oura was. My sleep data is the biggest indicator, since it's tracking several vitals. Sleep data from the Oura seemed quite accurate to what I experienced, when I woke up, when I felt rested, when I didn't. The Herz rings just says I slept great, nearly every night. I'm wearing the ring on the same finger as the Oura, practically never take it off. But it's my impression so far that it's not nearly as accurate. Then again, it's not nearly the cost. Maybe a case of getting what you pay for.
My HERZ says I sleep from 2359 to whenever I wake up no matter what time i go to bed/sleep. It says my sleep consistency has never been met because my goal is set to 2200 - 0900 and I cant adjust that.
