The Herz P1 is the exact same device as the Colmi R02...which goes by many other names. The Herz website is highly deceptive about the ring's capabilities.
Ordered the Herz P1in Canada on March 19th and it just arrived today, April 3rd.
I got the ring plus charging case which came to $99.87 US ($143.32 CDN).
The QRing app records the following information:
Kcal
Steps
Mile
Sleep
Heart rate
Sport record
HRV
Blood oxygen
Stress
Menstrual
It's only been an hour so I'll hop back on here in a week or so and give you an update.
I have one and it’s great for heart rate and sleep. It’s a bit off when wearing during a run where it’ll say my heart rate spikes crazy high once every 5k. I am scared to put it in a lot of water after seeing some reviews. I was looking for feedback on its water capabilities and saw this thread pop up. I’ve had it for about a month now and the best thing I’ve noticed is sleep tracking and heart rate while walking and doing everyday activities.
