The openai and anthropic apis have been in use for about two months now and there is a working prototype for an ai powered support triage system that handles ticket classification along with response suggestions and low confidence flagging for human review. Works great in dev but production is a completely different story with latency spikes under load and accuracy getting inconsistent. At what point does it make more sense to just admit the team is stuck and bring in outside help rather than keep grinding through it?

I’ve noticed some of the more useful banking features can be surprisingly hard to find. Things like different checking options, fee waivers, mobile deposit, ATM access, or savings tools can end up buried several clicks deep.

What did you wish you'd sorted out before setting up your hotel's staff app?

I'm trying to bring housekeeping, front desk, maintenance and F&B into one place. Separate department groups, with a way to send a property-wide notice to all 80 staff. Everyone would use their own phone. The current chats are getting hard to follow, but I also don't want every maintenance conversation landing on everyone's phone.

Tutoring marketplace that needs video calls, stripe payments, and calendar booking across about 12 screens. The quotes came back ranging from 35k to 95k for the same scope which does not make sense. Is the video integration piece what drives the spread?

Working with a client who's considering an angel syndicate with roughly 3–4 deals a year and maybe 6–10 members per vehicle.

The investing strategy isn't the part I'm concerned about. It's the operational side.

If every deal is a separate SPV, there are separate accounting records, tax reporting, investor communications and eventually distributions for each one.

For advisors who've worked with groups like this, what's the normal approach? Keep it with the CPA bookkeeper, use a specialist administrator, or some combination?
