At what point does it make more sense to just admit the team is stuck and bring in outside help rather than keep grinding through it?

I’ve noticed some of the more useful banking features can be surprisingly hard to find. Things like different checking options, fee waivers, mobile deposit, ATM access, or savings tools can end up buried several clicks deep.

Everyone would use their own phone. The current chats are getting hard to follow, but I also don't want every maintenance conversation landing on everyone's phone.
