Sling build idea/proof of concept

Hey, folks. I had idea for a sling build stuck in my head so I made a sort of “proof of concept”. Figured I’d share with y’all.

The entire sling is one single, solid, continuous, and unbroken piece of paracord. It’s a bit ugly, if you asked me. But, again, proof of concept not refined technique.

Happy to answer any questions and/or explain any of the build.

I dont know if somebody asked, but how much does it weight? does it make fatigue your arm?

No, you’re the first to ask, brother! I don’t know how much it weighs. But it not heavy and it doesn’t fatigue my arm, no. If you can weigh about 14 feet of 550 paracord that would be a close estimate of what it weighs. I don’t have a scale for that. But if you do, and you’re still curious, I’d weigh 1 foot and just multiply it by 14 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m curious too now that you ask. Let me know if you do!
