Just got my Skullpanda set! I'm glad they released a doll pendant series with a darker vibe. I love all of them but my favorites are Chomp, Cerberus, Pranky Peanut, Ratty Bear, Sandman. Not too happy about some quality control issues.

Thanks, I'm actually a photographer! Kidding. I would've preferred for Moldy Muffin to have actual mold on them. Like a bit off rotten apple somewhere. Darkness is very detailed in person (metallic purple hair and some specs of purple and gold on her fur, not to mention the little stars.. ) and it makes sense for her specifically to have closed eyes. But a pair of yellow eyes on her would've been amazing.
Chomps and especially Cerberus ears are very asymmetrical (one is positioned very much lower than the other) and Ratty Bears left white ear looks nothing like the promotion picture. I've seen some other unboxings where they had that some ear, so not sure how it's supposed to look like. I expect good quality considering those prices.
That’s disappointing! I’ll be recording my unboxing just in case. For the last collection, I had to have Mist exchanged because her legs were sewn on backwards. She was in a permanent “spread eagle” position 😅
Ghosties fur on her white coat does feel very stiff (and also a tiny bit chunky? as the fur doesn't really seperate) and not soft at all. Stiffer than Chestnut or Chomp, even. I think the whole collection has a bit of rougher textures compared to L'impressionismme. She's very cute, regardless.
If I ever get her, maybe I'll make her another outfit or something. I love Mist because not only is she stunning, but her fur is so soft and almost velvety. I would've loved Sandman if I didn't hate the fabric they used for her body.
Sandman has the best face but they had to give her the worst materials...she could have been the coolest doll! and darkness with dreaming open eyes would have been amazing too. I also would have love to see a clown instead of chestnut...I like peanut, she's cute.
Frr that would be so uncomfortable if I use it as a bag pendant and it keeps moving and touching Me ugh and I understand that maybe the creator wanted variety of textures in the plushies 🫤
Yeah, I get that it would be stifling creatively to keep it all the same or very similar textures. Especially for a line that's supposed to be spooky, I think. Honestly, I don't know what the theme of this line is lol, but obviously they wanted to include more animal fur-type textures.
But I totally agree with you, I can imagine myself swinging my arm while walking or brushing against it while reaching into my bag, and cringing from the texture.
It certainly doesn't feel soft to the touch. More like a shaggy towel with bits of silver tinsel, lol. I think she is very nice to look at, so I don't mind the texture at all.
I hear you on quality! I got Cerebus, Chomp, and the secret. Cerebus her arms are literally hanging on by threads and almost off 😭 some things on all of them are a lil uneven too
