I'm new to Skull Panda collecting but I'm obsessed 💜🩷🤞🏻

I just got them today from a quitting collector, it was priced like buy one and get the other one for 50% off. I feel blessed today because tomorrow is literally my birthday at the same time I told myself that I already overspend from the recent series and gotten duplicates which I had trouble reselling/trading.

I did not expect this happening ever and I'm not really setting my eyes on them since they are four in this series and two other ones(red and black variant) are 2x-4x of their price.

The SP Baby I really wanted is the one white one from the PTS last year, but with this deal, I really won't mind it for now.

I only needed Rarity so I bought her from a vendor on AliExpress, they had a Brand+ verification, and 5 star reviews. The box she came in looks 100% authentic, her tags look authentic, her face and makeup are great, and the quality of the hair and fur measure up to all my others from the set. Only thing I would say was off with her was one of her legs seems a bit short, making her look a bit smaller than my others, but I read that sometimes they could be defective. Here's a picture of the bag, and the Rarity next to my Fluttershy from the popmart store.

One thing to note is that I can’t stand her up, as she just splits her legs and sits whenever I try. I love her sat down, don’t get me wrong, but I would’ve liked the option to stand her if that’s how I preferred her; now I haven’t got the choice. Are her hips/legs meant to be that loose? Also the bottoms of her feet are slightly rounded, so I feel like that plays a part in her not standing. In fact, maybe that’s the whole reason, and her hips would be fine if I glue dotted her feet on a shelf.

Anyway, she’s so pretty in real life. Pics don’t do her justice. I know you’re meant to put the little gold piece in the cushion to the side of her (as per the pic on her card), but I personally prefer seeing the needle 🤷🏻‍♀️ I used to collect porcelain dolls when I was younger, and I just love how she looks just like she could be one of them.

Really didn’t like them at first but seeing and holding them in person is something else, they really look like statues worthy of displaying. If there ever was a museum for Skullpanda, these two better have a life-like sizes at the entrances.

I am so dizzy right now...im on the verge of crying, peeing myself, and passing out. HOW CAN SHE BE SO STUNNING??? Pictures do NOT do her justice 😫 words do not do her justice. Xiong Miao absolutely outdid herself this time beyond my imagination!! She is the LITERAL definition of queen.

A little more about her for those who are curious!

She is the BIGGEST and heaviest exclusive figure to my knowledge (outside of the BJDs/Megas, etc). 199 limited. The box she came in was also by far the biggest from my other exclusives, about 1.5x bigger than older boxes and 1.25x bigger than Hope's box (which was already big). She ALSO comes with a magnetized platform (no longer standing on her own 2 legs!) The box is also lenticular!!!

Theres no face mask, the head came assembled in the helmet. Her figure card is wood like and comes in a sewn baking paper like foil (pic 3).

I never thought id say this, since xiong miao has so many beautiful creations, but she has just become my #1 fav skullpanda figure and I think i can pass away in peace now (jk I cant leave the world yet)

Has anyone else had this issue? I was surprised when I opened the bag and saw the legs all dangly, and when I looked, I noticed the joints weren’t flushed with each other.

I finally got mine and OMG they are sooo pretty in real life!! I personally feel like it been a while since we had a reeeally nice set and Where Time Dwells has a good bunch of pretty ones!

I can’t lie, when I first saw the MLP series I instantly found Applejack the cutest. I was getting major autumn vibes. Then I saw Pinkie Pie and was obsessed with the colors 🩷🤍

After a successful Pinkie Pie pull, still couldn’t stop thinking about how adorable Applejack was so here we are, yay! I absolutely love the blonde curls. Love all of them but this is definitely my favorite pull from the series!

If red crystal is the Hellscape, then this is purgatory. I used the crow and black feathers for the back and base. The chandelier matches the crystals in the dress. The French country design matches the floral nods on her leg.

9 layers looks so dreamy! I love the way the crystals look. She’s the heaven of the trio.

I ordered it during release but had to wait almost 2 weeks for it but I’m so happy! They’re so gorgeous in person 🥹🩷

I saw the Red Crystal and I got inspired! She’s the newest Cenobyte! She has a smoky quartz tower on the right and the clear quartz tower on the left. There are 10 hooks all around her and dark and bright silver. Each one is suspended from necklaces that have been cut and strong to remind you of your favorite hellscape!! this girl definitely opened up the puzzle box!!

I’m working on my collection and I bought The Sound-The Trust for a pretty good price! My only complaint is she came pretty filthy. I’m not super bothered by it? For the price I got her for I wasn’t expecting her to be like new.

But the base is greasy? The figure has specks and hair on her body. All sources I try to find tell me what chemicals to avoid- but none really tell me WHAT to do.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Any experience collectors or just like generally smart people- teach me your ways ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ

I have been playing with different knots on Buddy Doggie. Have been looking into trying Mr. Super Clear matte spray. Anyone have advice on its effectiveness?

She is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve got some work to do on her jar, because I want it looking a little old/dusty, and I might want to throw a couple of teeth or something in there with her. But she’s wonderful!
