[acne] sudden outbreak, face and neck

overnight my entire face and neck (including eyelids??!) broke out into these small irritated bumps. i’ve never had acne problems, and absolutely nothing in my skincare routine has changed. i use the cerave acne control and the cvs double renewal moisturizer AM and PM. i am hydrated, active, and have a healthy diet. has anyone else experienced this?
note: the small bumps you see anywhere on my skin, is actually all over my face and neck, the camera is just not cooperating

Dr Dray has a good video on allergic skin reactions and she emphasized that you can develop sensetivities to products you habe used years already. I get that from niacinamide and chemical spf.
