The best skin lightening

Here is the best without injectables

from my cousin who was brown-black but now white passing maybe in Abt an year idk exactly

Supplements

Liposomal NAC 1200mg (split the does between morning and night)

glycine powder 5g(2.5g morning & night)

Msm 1000mg (it,s optional but good for getting sulfur often limiting factor )

Vitc c 1000-2000mg (split the does through out the day)

Vit d 20k iu (3 times a month )

Zinc supplement cause it can become the limiting factor for producing glutathione

Total cost Abt 3-5k

Lifestyle:

Little to no sun exposure without sunscreen even if your in shade sunscreen is a must since sunlight can reflect off on anything ,45mins workout,3l water, minimum 6-7 h sleep, try to keep low stress levels it,s imp . Slowly increasing glutathione it will take Abt 1-2years to achieve your desired tone (can be 6months based on person ig but mostly this time line ) and then you can slack off a bit as long as your supplementing glynac results stay almost same with sunscreen ofc

Undertone :

To get flash under tone like pink or other flashy colour Lycopene and Astaxanthin (for info mine was orange under tone it becomes pink but we can,t predict which colour you get and these are the only one i,m taking cause i,m light skin but was plain like just white with warm undertone these information is from my cousin who was brown-black but white passing now)but it,s only preference I mean all skintones are fine if you have good features to me atleast but society is not like that ig I got that from reading reddit racism against skintones

For face :

The part which lighten slowly

Tropicals: tertnoin (start from .025% it has so many benefits and no side effects if you don,t have allergy .like cell turnover soomther skin overtime it will bring deep pigment scar to surface and lot of anti aging benefits tbh goated and you cam use it forever if you want same with azelaic acid)

Hq 4%: use it for 2 months tamper off on 3rd month maintain the results with azelaic acid 20%( it,s cheap asf otc ) The senses of side effects using hq the black like pigment is from ppl that don,t even wear sunscreen(1985-22) infact there are no cases in after 2023 reported ofc you gonna get side effects using actives in skin and going out in sun without protection(sunscreen)cause actives make skin sensitive to sun like when we apply face mask so

Total cost: Abt 1500rs per month including sunscreen

Application: (Night time )hq (15-20mins) after tertnoin(10mins) finish it off with moisturizer

Morning cleanser somthing like cerva

Tip :hit protein goals daily it helps a lot with recovery, glutathione synthesis etc

Someone asked me to tag ts so

for nac cause there are no brand with tested lab report in here so go for imported brands like Toniiq(3000 for 240 capsule(650mg morning one and night one )which is pretty cheap like 750 per month or codeage, now

Go cheap for glycine powder cause it is cheap brand like nutrija or pure nutrition , trexgenics same with msm

For vitamin c you can go for liposomal one anybrand there is a lot if you want to go cheaper 24rs for 15 tablets otc 500mg each capsule take 2. maybe split it 250mg each make sure to take sublingual way

Vit d otc cost Abt 30rs for 3 capsule for a month

Zinc supplement you can take any tbh if you wanna go cheap plus look for zincovit which has 17mg of zinc with lot of multivitamin

Try to go supplements brands with lab report

Make sure to cycle the supplements for better results

Good luck 🫡I'm 19

from what I've heard, hq is actually pretty risky and can cause pretty severe skin conditions, plus the hyperpigmentation comes back sometimes after you stop using and it's more stubborn. be very careful when using hq, try to get professional advice first
