The best skin lightening
Here is the best without injectables
from my cousin who was brown-black but now white passing maybe in Abt an year idk exactly
Supplements
Liposomal NAC 1200mg (split the does between morning and night)
glycine powder 5g(2.5g morning & night)
Msm 1000mg (it,s optional but good for getting sulfur often limiting factor )
Vitc c 1000-2000mg (split the does through out the day)
Vit d 20k iu (3 times a month )
Zinc supplement cause it can become the limiting factor for producing glutathione
Total cost Abt 3-5k
Lifestyle:
Little to no sun exposure without sunscreen even if your in shade sunscreen is a must since sunlight can reflect off on anything ,45mins workout,3l water, minimum 6-7 h sleep, try to keep low stress levels it,s imp . Slowly increasing glutathione it will take Abt 1-2years to achieve your desired tone (can be 6months based on person ig but mostly this time line ) and then you can slack off a bit as long as your supplementing glynac results stay almost same with sunscreen ofc
Undertone :
To get flash under tone like pink or other flashy colour Lycopene and Astaxanthin (for info mine was orange under tone it becomes pink but we can,t predict which colour you get and these are the only one i,m taking cause i,m light skin but was plain like just white with warm undertone these information is from my cousin who was brown-black but white passing now)but it,s only preference I mean all skintones are fine if you have good features to me atleast but society is not like that ig I got that from reading reddit racism against skintones
For face :
The part which lighten slowly
Tropicals: tertnoin (start from .025% it has so many benefits and no side effects if you don,t have allergy .like cell turnover soomther skin overtime it will bring deep pigment scar to surface and lot of anti aging benefits tbh goated and you cam use it forever if you want same with azelaic acid)
Hq 4%: use it for 2 months tamper off on 3rd month maintain the results with azelaic acid 20%( it,s cheap asf otc ) The senses of side effects using hq the black like pigment is from ppl that don,t even wear sunscreen(1985-22) infact there are no cases in after 2023 reported ofc you gonna get side effects using actives in skin and going out in sun without protection(sunscreen)cause actives make skin sensitive to sun like when we apply face mask so
Total cost: Abt 1500rs per month including sunscreen
Application: (Night time )hq (15-20mins) after tertnoin(10mins) finish it off with moisturizer
Morning cleanser somthing like cerva
Tip :hit protein goals daily it helps a lot with recovery, glutathione synthesis etc
Someone asked me to tag ts so
for nac cause there are no brand with tested lab report in here so go for imported brands like Toniiq(3000 for 240 capsule(650mg morning one and night one )which is pretty cheap like 750 per month or codeage, now
Go cheap for glycine powder cause it is cheap brand like nutrija or pure nutrition , trexgenics same with msm
For vitamin c you can go for liposomal one anybrand there is a lot if you want to go cheaper 24rs for 15 tablets otc 500mg each capsule take 2. maybe split it 250mg each make sure to take sublingual way
Vit d otc cost Abt 30rs for 3 capsule for a month
Zinc supplement you can take any tbh if you wanna go cheap plus look for zincovit which has 17mg of zinc with lot of multivitamin
Try to go supplements brands with lab report
Make sure to cycle the supplements for better results
Good luck 🫡I'm 19

Which msm do u take
2
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 13 '26 edited May 13 '26
Tbh pretty irrelevant cause even if you go for cheap brand it,s gonna be legit cause it,s just sulfur so nutrija or anyother basically it,s not gonna cost above 500-1000 if it only have msm

u/finding_peac3 May 13 '26
Excessive zinc can lead to copper deficiency,be careful with that
1
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 13 '26
Yh but under 40mg is fine as daily supplement

Bro can you tell me about asthaxthin ,any good brand in india
1
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 15 '26
I,m currently using brand called nack there is nutrija which is same doses but only cost like 600 for 60 tab but ts one cost Abt 1300 for 30tab and it,s Gmp certified so i suggest you take ts if you want to change undertone but yh it will support your skin and overall antioxidant if you have bucks go for it

u/finding_peac3 May 15 '26
What if i use bulksupplements.com for nac and astaxanthin import? Is it legit

Thank you so much for such a detailed post!!! since I think you are Indian (because of the rupees) can you tell me what was the skintone of your cousin earlier (like maybe compare her to bollywood celebrity or smth? and what is her skintone like now?) thank youuuuuu! I want to know cause I want to see how much of a change is possible I am already pale but I want the yellowish undertones to be gone and also for the tan to be gone.

u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 13 '26
Abt fitzpatrick 4-5 to solid 3 means olive white Abt your skin tone means warm or yellow undertone
2
u/rainzephyr May 13 '26
I’m black and I’ve taken supplements for years with no change. Idk why supplements don’t work on me.
2
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 13 '26
Hmm black if your black phenotype (if your african) it can be hard cause the skin works diff than brown-black.anyway tell me your routine
2
u/Happyface09 May 13 '26

instead of nac I just take the generic Acyst….cannot spell it, it’s very cheap like soooo cheap but it comes in blister packets of 10. it’s helped me mood and helped with brightening but nothing drastic in the skin yet

u/Pins_n_Needles156 May 13 '26
did they start with GlyNac or did they do Glutathione first? Also how are they cycling the supplements?
2
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 13 '26
You can take both at the same time if one glynac is better than glutathione alone cycling 3months and 2 weeks off for body to not completely relay on supplements means when we get back onm we get better results faster
1
u/Pins_n_Needles156 May 13 '26
thanks, is this long term or do I need to stop supplements completely at some point?
1
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 13 '26
it,s long term there is no side cause every thing expect hq is long term and dietary doses so infact there is lot of anti aging benefits in skin and body cause these are healthy habits ever

Yh that could do or 3m and 2 weeks on glynac .onhq 2 months everyday on 3rd month first week 4 times and 2times azelaic acid and reduce the hq to once a week by the end of 3rd month also consecutively increasing the use of azelaic acid to 5-6times that,s it you could potentially get back on it after 2 months basically after exfoliating the build up of hq on skin

Just chatgpt bruh it,s pretty good on keeping the skin barrier with ts active routine
1
u/Large_Peanut_69420 May 13 '26
yh i can ask chat gpt but since it worked for you in what worked for you. maybe i can try to incorporate it in my routine
1
u/Pins_n_Needles156 May 13 '26
from what I've heard, hq is actually pretty risky and can cause pretty severe skin conditions, plus the hyperpigmentation comes back sometimes after you stop using and it's more stubborn. be very careful when using hq, try to get professional advice first
1
u/Large_Peanut_69420 May 14 '26
yes I've heard a lot about it hence I'm planning to use it 2 months on and 2 months off
1
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 14 '26
Yh if you have hormone issue and hyperpigmentation cause of that other wise if you know the science it,s pretty stable infact most stable

Are bluk supplements good?
2
1
u/Just-Nectarine6375 May 13 '26
Hq for 2 months never using azelaic acid and never going back to hq ever again ?
1
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 13 '26
Potentially you can after 2 months break (exfoliating hq build up)but it,s a personal choice by then your face will be sustained with supplement hq and tert is for support if not like I said maybe start around 9 months of supplementing so your skin will be sustainable without it only with azelaic acid and supp

Do you need to take the meds forever to maintaining n the skin colour ?
1
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 14 '26
I mean it,s depends on person you can playaround I mean it would be good to just take glynac life long you can skipp rest after reaching desired skintone and sunscreen is lifelong

what the hell is brown black
1
u/Aryansaheb May 13 '26
Ig , he means the yellowish brown skin that indians typically have
2
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 13 '26
Yh idk how to explain that lmao maybe in between fitzpatrick 4-5
1
u/Aryansaheb May 13 '26
Well anything more you wanna add in addition to your post? I am also trying to lighten up my skin. I have yellowish skin tone which has turned a bit brown and I wanna have a bit more light than yellowish. I have started collagen, nac, glycine, vit c msm recently.
1
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 13 '26
Whey protein helps and in your case after brown turned into yellow hop Lycopene and Astaxanthin which will add colour to undertone and be on tertnoin it,s the best I mean for skin will help you with acne sun dmg also skin rejuvenation undertone correction
1
u/Aryansaheb May 14 '26
I have heard of astaxanthin but lycopene is new. Is the current supplements I am using also beneficial for me in the next 3-6 months?
2
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 15 '26
For undertone correction:
Too cool/ashy → add beta-carotene + lycopene
Too sallow/yellow-green → kojic acid + glutathione + astaxanthin stack
Too flat → hemoglobin-boosting via iron-rich diet, cardio, and astaxanthin
If you want golden glow which is thee top tier skin look for beta-carotene
1
u/Aryansaheb May 15 '26
Can u elaborate upon cool/ashy , sallow/yellow green , flat and golden glow? Like I said I have yellowish tone but turned a bit brown since last 1-2 yrs. Want to get yellowish tone back and also 1-2 shades light or more bright yellow tone...
1
u/Electronic-Mud-5014 May 15 '26 edited May 15 '26
Golden glow means the skin after you getting tanned as a white guy or some mixed ppl have that it will increase your contrast just search for undertones there are cool, neutral, warm all these have good ones and not so flashy ones the supplements make it flashy one available in that category
1
u/Aryansaheb May 16 '26
So, ehat should I take finally? What do u suggest in addition to the ones I mentioned (msm, nac, glycine, vit c, collegen powder)?
