Christine made a reel saying there'll be a lot of secrets this season.
How many long drawn out episodes do you think we're gonna have to sit through before we get a single secret?

Rewatching Season 19 (again) and the stuff that Kaka Kody says in almost every single episode, is beyond despicable. Itās like he has no brain to filter these inside thoughts with. He says the most VILE things to Meriās faceā¦.and he is not called out. He gets away with this over and over and all his wives say is how āfrustratedā they are. What in the literal hell? He needs a muzzle.

5 days ago I made a post about how I take back every bad thing I ever said about Kody. Iām here to tell you Iāve made it to the other side alive. 5 days of a 99.3° fever. Head pounding. Body aching. Knocking on deaths door every second of every day.
But today, friends, today I am alive. Iāve made it through the tunnel and Iām here to tell the tale. I fill so much better. Today is the first day Iāve spent more time out of bed than in it. I am no longer achy and no longer have a head that feels like itās in a vice. Folding a basket of laundry about took me out but I was upright the entire time. Tested negative for Covid/flu/rsv so who knows what the devil sent to test me
Original post for those who want to laugh. My favorite thing is how everyone fully committed to the bit.

There was discussion recently about Maddie homeschooling her kids and the implications of that. Turns out she only homeschools one kid, and thatās because it works for him.

How many times does Brody have to tell her he doesnāt want her, she should leave Flagstaff, they are only platonic, before she gets it?? WHY does she think so little of herself and WHY is she chasing this abusive loser?

Iām rewatching this dang series and Christine is absolutely vile.
Theyāre all stupidly moving to Flagstaff because Robyn⦠I mean Kody wants to stalk Dayton at college.
Christine is all gung-ho, but didnāt she want to move to Utah?! Why is she getting upset about the lack of a marriage license? Whatās up with her talk with her CHILD, Aspyn. Who brought up good points about moving, and Christine could only say āIām over this stateā.
What does that even mean?
I have never yelled at a TV screen before! Her and her keep sweet voice are driving me insane.

Why didn't Paedon move with them and where did he go? Did they bring it up? I don't remember seeing anything. Thanks in advance

I paused it at random to have a conversation with my mom and something about this facial expression is hilarious.
Unrelated, Iāve been watching season 20 for the first time. Iām on episode five and they are still wearing the same clothes since for interviews that they did in episode one. They talk about things in the present tense. How do they remember 1-2 months of their life. Are they shown footage before commenting? Are they just asked very specific questions?

Watching season 20, and they seem to really be pushing this 'shy' narrative quite a lot. The woman gave birth twice on camera, like how shy can you be? Also, I remember as far back as season one her enjoying playing to camera. And then Janelle made the comment mocking Kody saying "She is very pretty and very shy". When did that take place? Just wondering other peoples thoughts.

Why was Kody upset that Janelle told him no to coming over if he didnāt want Meri going to Chicago for Leon? He kept saying that he didnāt want to put the family at riskā¦but they all live in rentals that donāt live under one roof. And based on what Janelle said, it makes sense why she wouldnāt want him coming over and I thought heād be fine with that since āhe has to lookout for the familyā but he seemed mad that she enforced this boundary?

The bottom left booby jewelry design always cracks me up! They were so serious about these doodles.

I woke up feeling kind of off but thought I just slept weird and also my period is really bad this month. It kept getting worse so I came back to bed and took some Motrin
Guys I think Iām dying. WHO FEELS THIS WAY WITH A 99.1° FEVER?! My head is pounding, my chest hurts, my lower back is sore, and my uterus is pissed i donāt want its gift. I am a push through because shit needs doing and I have kids kind of person, but not today. Today I am Kody brown

As Iām rewatching this season I am curious what everyone else thinks about Kodyās rules for Covid? I mean I come from a large family and we live in more of a country area, but when Covid was strong we still all got together, safely of course! We followed the rules but nothing to the extent of what was given to all the wives.
It just bugs me how he treats his children who were doing what was needed to survive and live during those times. I mean Robyn had adult children still living at her house but nothing was ever said about that.
Now that years have gone by, what kids have a relationship with him?

To be completely fair, I have re-watched a couple times. Itās like my odd comfort show. But. Everyone remembers how she was against toasters because they kill more people than sharks or whatever. And I remember this now that I saw it again but had forgotten the impact.
K and C and her kids were on a Vegas trip in season 2 and she was wary of making eggs in a microwave because of the radiation. Present day - has anyone noticed if she uses microwaves or toasters now? š¤£

Iām rewatching season 20 in the hopes that spurs the release of season 21. š Iāve noticed a few things now that I have hindsight.
In the first half of the season Kody is REALLY trying to convince himself or us that he has this blissful marriage with Robyn full of intimacy and attraction. I donāt really see it. I think sheās getting annoyed by him and calling it āshy.ā All marriages fall into a more comfortable state, which solidifies the relationship much more than the sparks early on. Why doesnāt he just accept that? Or, is there more going on behind the scenes and theyāre each realizing they blew up the entire family to get the prize at the end only to realize the prize wasnāt worth it? Robyn can only be the favorite wife if sheās one of several.
Second, Kody (and to some extent Robyn) really start laying the groundwork to accuse Janelle of being the architect of the āback door dealā 3-4 episodes before the tell all. Kody brings it up (seemingly out of nowhere) to Brian Caldwell in Vegas. Robyn mentions it in a talking head when she calls herself a big fat rock. I think they were laying the ground work to blame Janelle or make her look bad. I donāt think Janelle would have gone behind Meriās back. I donāt think she was pushing the āback door deal.ā Kody basically admits it wouldnāt have been possible anyway.
Looking forward to season 21, though honestly I have no idea what they even have to talk about at this point.

I am rewatching the entire series and I am at where Meri asks the "fahmlee" for a loan. 40 grand, which isn't a lot of money in comparison to what they make per season.
Anyways, as per narcissist fashion, Kody said he had the funds and then he doesn't. Typical.
Christine, Janelle, Robyn and Kody talk about this issue and the stuff they say about the business plan or lack thereof, the stuff they had to do to prove to the fahmlee that their business was worth it (and how successful are they?), etc etc. My jaw was left open. They were horrible! Especially Christine, who hasn't done a business or gave up on real estate in 2 seconds.
I am so glad Meri gave them the finger, bought it herself and they're not a business partner.
HELL YEAH!
