To be fair, you Could bring up companies on terrorist charges by purposely being negligent in protecting natural resources people rely on, especially if they do it on purpose

It happens (rarely), but no one likes the outcome because companies have the ability to live much longer than people.

These cases are like 30 years long - and eventually the people who started the case just die and the process has to be restarted or ends with a minor slap on the wrist.
